Chocolate Mousse for Two, with Coconut Vanilla Whipped Cream
Ingredients:
• 1 Box of melted Love Chocolate
• 1 can (14 oz) full-fat coconut milk COLD, using only the fat
• 1/4 Tsp of Reishi Mushroom
• 1/4 Tsp of Ashwagandha
• 1/4 Tsp of Black Ginger
• 1/4 Tsp of Astragalus
• Stevia and powdered Bocha Sweetener to taste
• 1 pinch sea salt
• (optional: 1/8 Tsp of vanilla powder)
OR
• 1/2 cup Addictive Wellness Cacao Powder
• 1 Box of melted Love Chocolate
• 1 can (14 oz) full-fat coconut milk ROOM TEMP, using the whole can!
• 1/4 Tsp of Reishi Mushroom
• 1/4 Tsp of Ashwagandha
• 1/4 Tsp of Black Ginger
• 1/4 Tsp of Astragalus
• 1-2 Tbsp of Tremella Mushroom
• Stevia and powdered Bocha sugar to taste
• 1 pinch sea salt
• (optional: 1/8 Tsp of vanilla powder)
Instructions
- Put the can of coconut cream in the fridge overnight. When you take it out, turn the can upside down, open it, drain the water and spoon the remaining cream into a mixing bowl. Start whisking it and as it gradually warms up blend in all the powder ingredients. They will blend best if you sift them slowly into the cream.
- *** Extra step if you are working with the room temperature cream: at this point add the Tremella powder to the mix as well!
- Sweeten it with drops of stevia and/ or Bocha to suit your tastebuds!
- Pour it into little cups or or mini containers - it is quite rich so just a 4 oz serving size will work perfectly!
- Refrigerate them and let them cool, sit & set.
