HOW TO PREPARE YOUR ELIXIR

Mix 1 Tablespoon of Chai, Caramel or Matcha or 21 Tablespoons of Cacao with 8 oz (236 ml) of almond milk or coconut milk either hot or cold.

Blend on high for 10-15 seconds in a blender, or using a milk frother.

Add 1 Tablespoon of coconut oil or MCT oil for an extra-rich hot drink.

If preparing a hot elixir, make sure your blender can safely mix hot liquids.

LION'S MANE MUSHROOM
Lion's Mane Mushroom has been studied for a long list of functions including neuroprotection, cognitive performance, ulcer protection, cardiovascular support and management of blood sugar levels.
