Processing & Handling
We do our best to ship quickly. In most cases, orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time will ship out the same day. Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume, so same-day shipping is not guaranteed but is our standard goal.
Most orders ship from our warehouse in Southern California. In rare cases where a product is temporarily out of stock in our primary inventory, it may ship directly from an Amazon fulfillment center to get it to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Options & Rates
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS and offer a range of service levels to fit your timeline and budget: ground shipping, Second Day Air, and overnight.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, your destination, and your chosen delivery speed. Your exact rate will be shown at checkout.
Free shipping is available on all US orders over $99.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that some countries, including Mexico, Spain, and Portugal, have customs regulations that can make delivery difficult or unpredictable.

Chocolate & Warm Weather Shipping
We take cold-chain shipping seriously. During the warm months of the year, and year-round when shipping to consistently warm locations such as Hawaii and Florida, all chocolate orders are packed with biodegradable insulation and cold packs to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Weekend delay protection: One thing we watch closely is weekend transit. For example, shipping FedEx Second Day Air on a Friday means your package wouldn't arrive until Tuesday, by which point cold packs would no longer be effective. To prevent this, if a shipment's estimated delivery would involve a weekend delay, we will hold the order and ship it at the start of the following week instead. We'd rather delay by a couple of days than have your chocolate arrive anything less than perfect.
Extreme heat locations: In areas where temperatures regularly exceed 110°F during summer, even our best packaging may not be sufficient. We'll always give it our best effort, but if a shipment doesn't make it through, we will issue a full refund and invite you to order again when temperatures cool in the fall. We appreciate your patience in these cases.
Our Guarantee
We guarantee that your chocolate will arrive in perfect condition, year-round. If it doesn't, we will replace it at no cost, including shipping.
Everything we sell is also covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, reach out and we'll make it right.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or melted, we will replace it at no cost, including shipping. No need to return the original product.
If your shipment is lost in transit, we will replace it as quickly as possible using the same shipping speed you originally paid for.
