HOW TO PREPARE YOUR ELIXIR

Mix 1 Tablespoon with 8 oz (236 ml) of almond milk or coconut milk either hot or cold.

Blend on high for 10-15 seconds in a blender, or using a milk frother.

Add 1 Tablespoon of coconut oil or MCT oil for an extra rich hot drink.

If preparing a hot elixir, make sure your blender can safely mix hot liquids.

LION'S MANE MUSHROOM
Lion's Mane Mushroom has been studied for a long list of functions including neuroprotection, cognitive performance, ulcer protection, cardiovascular support and management of blood sugar levels. The research on neuroprotective applications is some of the most fascinating, showing that it can increase the myelin sheath around the axons of nerves.
CORDYCEPS
Studies have found that Cordyceps may increase ATP production, improve physical fitness performance, and improve VO2 max (measure of exercise capacity). It can also support healthy hormones and blood sugar levels. It is highly regarded for it's ability to promote the innate and adaptive immune systems.
