


This refreshing and tangy mocktail combines the tartness of Roselle with the magic of Schizandra,
creating a vibrant and delicious drink perfect for any occasion.
The blend of flavors will leave you feeling revitalized and fancy!
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 tsp Roselle Hibiscus powder extract
1/2 tsp Schizandra powder extract
1 cup sparkling water or fermented
sparkling coconut water (coconut kefir)
1/4 cup pomegranate juice (optional for sweetness and depth)
1-2 tsp organic allulose or your preferred sweetener
1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
Ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Lemon or lime slices (for garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix the Base:
In a small glass or pitcher, combine the Roselle and Schizandra powders, and sweetener.
Add a splash of warm water (about 2 tablespoons) to dissolve the powders and sweetener fully.
Add Liquid:
Stir in the pomegranate juice (if using) and fresh lemon juice for a tangy kick.
Top it up with sparkling water for fizz.
Serve Over Ice:
Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the mixture over the ice.
Garnish & Enjoy:
Add fresh mint leaves and a slice of lemon or lime for garnish-
(Since it's hard to find blossoming hibiscus in the middle of winter...)
