Whisk 6 large pasture raised egg yolks and 4 Chai Elixir Blends together in a bowl.
Combine 1 cup heavy coconut cream, a pinch of salt, 2 tbsp of Tremella and 1- 1/12 cups of nut milk and simmer it on low heat
Temper the Elixir Blend mixture by adding the hot milk mixture to it spoon by spoon.
Stir each spoonful and once most of the hot mixture has been added, add the entire mixture back to the saucepan.
Continue cooking and whisking for another minute or two until it slowly thickens.
Serve it hot or cold, with a bit of vanilla cream and a dash of cinnamon on top!
