Blue Moonstone Queen Shake w/ Logan Hollowell

Blue Moonstone Queen Shake Recipe (Serves 2-4):

 

Put 4 cups of almond milk and 4 tablespoons of chia seeds into the blender and mix on low for 30 seconds. Let this sit while you add all the other ingredients so the chia seeds become gelatinous.

 

Add into the blender:
1 tablespoon Tremella Mushroom 
1 teaspoon Blue Spirulina (Phycocyanin)
1 teaspoon Masson Pine Pollen
1/4 teaspoon Ashwagandha Extract
2-4 tablespoons Grass-Fed Collagen (Vegans can skip this and use 4 tablespoons of hemp seeds and 2 tablespoons of cold-pressed organic sunflower lecithin)

 

In the video we added 2-3 dropperfulls of organic liquid stevia as the sweetener, but after shooting the video, we though of an even better way to do it! Add in 3-4 packets of our Chai or Caramel Elixir Blends for spectacular flavor, perfect sweetness, and some extra adaptogen power!
