Turn Water Into Hydrogen Water.
One small tablet in a glass of water.
THE SMALLEST ANTIOXIDANT
Most antioxidants are big molecules. Hydrogen is the smallest one there is. In research that sparked the whole field, H2 selectively neutralized the most reactive oxygen radicals while leaving the useful ones alone.Âą
Hydrogen gas doesn't stay dissolved in water for long, which is why tablets like these are handy: they make it fresh in your glass. In a pilot study, athletes who drank hydrogen-rich water before hard exercise had lower blood lactate afterward and held their muscle strength better than with plain water.²
WHY WE CARRY IT
Almost everything on our shelves is made by us. When we do carry another company's product, it's because it fills a spot in your routine that we think matters and we trust how it's made. Quicksilver Scientific is a Colorado company known for its work with nutrient delivery.
We've used hydrogen water for years, mostly around workouts. These tablets are the simplest way we've found to make it: no machine, no special bottle, just a glass of water and two minutes.
SELECTIVE ANTIOXIDANT
Research suggests H2 targets the most reactive oxygen radicals and leaves the helpful ones alone.Âą
WORKOUT RECOVERY

EASY TO TAKE ANYWHERE

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Drop one tablet into 12 to 16 oz of plain water, let it fizz until it dissolves, then drink it right away. Don't swallow or chew the tablet.
-
Hydrogen gas slowly escapes from water, so the fresher the glass, the more hydrogen you get.
-
Quicksilver suggests one to three tablets a day, on an empty stomach.
-
Each tablet contains magnesium. When it hits water, the magnesium reacts and releases hydrogen gas, which is what you see fizzing.
-
Very little. It tastes like plain water with a faint mineral note.
-
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding (here's why), have a health condition or take medication, check with your healthcare professional before use.
-
Many people take it first thing in the morning, or before or after a workout.
-
No. It's made by Quicksilver Scientific. We carry a small number of their products that we think are a great fit alongside ours.
