Two ways to prepare:

Traditional (stovetop): Heat 8 oz of water until hot, just below boiling. Add 16 discs and whisk vigorously until melted and frothy. Pour and drink slowly.

Modern (blender or frother): Heat 8 oz of water or milk just below boiling. Add 16 discs and froth until smooth, or blend 15 to 20 seconds in a blender rated for hot liquids. Pour and enjoy.
