RECIPE:
16 oz walnuts
16 oz pecans
16 oz cashews
16 oz almonds
16 oz hemp seed
16 oz pumpkin seed
16 oz sunflower seed
32 oz oats
2 Tbsp
Addictive Wellness Cordyceps
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
Nutmeg, Cardamom, Cloves to taste
2 tsp Himalayan or sea salt
1/2 cup of powdered xylitol
2 cups of melted coconut oil, or algae oil, or walnut oil
Options:
• for Keto diet: leave out the oats and add an extra 8-10 oz of hemp seeds instead and could replace 1/2 cup of the melted coconut oil with C8 MCT oil
• for extra sweetness: melt 1 Tbsp of honey, or maple syrup or add 8 drops of stevia into the coconut oil
• for Chai Granola, add 3 packets of AW Chai Elixir Blends
• for Caramel Granola, add 3 packets of AW Caramel Elixir Blends
• for Cacao Granola, add 3 Tbsp of Addictive Wellness mycotoxin free heirloom cacao powder or 3 packets of AW Cacao Elixir Blends
Preheat the oven to 350 F
Blend everything in a big bowl
Spread the mix out on a cookie sheet about 1/2 inch high
Put it in the oven for 20-25 min
Once taken out, let it cool off completely before putting it into a container
Store in a cool, dry place
Have it for breakfast or use it as decoration to make your food photos look fabulous!
